Flimsy and difficult to hold

These cups are extremely hard to hold once they are full. I have had two customers tell me their cup crack down the side, and I've found at least 10 already cracked cups in my order. So for a cup that is supposed to be sturdy and crack resistant, these are not holding up to their reputation.
